This category includes most weekday events with limited or no catering such as business receptions, speaking engagements, organization meetings, and other similar events.

Rental Fees are based on an hourly rate which includes one hour before to set up and one hour after to clean up.

Weekday Events:
       $150/hr. (May-October)
       $100/hr. (November-April)
Non-Profit Events:
       $75/hr. (May-October)
       $50/hr. (November-April)
